 The company offers the customers not only a product but also a full service that combines quality requirements, quantity requirements, design and timing.

The quality and the safety of the products are guaranteed by the choice of the suppliers, by the selection of the materials and by the company production processes.

Thanks to over 40 years of knowledge in the manufacturing of finished goods that exalt the technical features of the material, we supply assistance and specific consultancy for a product and for a production process.

We can process and supply more solutions for the production of big numbers and at the same time we can manufacture and manage small quantities, maintaining high standards of final quality of the industrialized product.

The processing cover the whole range of the production chain and finish with the packing and the shipment of the goods (furnishings). All tooling, necessary for  the industrialization of production processes, are built inside as per the specific features of the project.

The metal components obtained by the cutting, the bending and the pressing are also assembled with the aid of robots. MIG, MAG, TIG, OAW welding are  performed for fine finishes.

Here below you may have the main phases that we normally manage to carry out  the projects of industrialization of components and finished products that are committed us by our customers. In some cases, in order to meet our customers’ requirements, we can carry on only some of the steps that follow.

1. EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT AND INDUSTRIALISATION

We work with a variety of business activities; this exibility enables us to employ the solutions adopted in very di erent industrial sectors that may have similar problems.

Our customers are supported in their projects by our technical structure: we o er them consulting on;

– Identi cation of the customers’ needs and targets
– Survey and analysis of the most suitable metal materials

– Creation of CAD 3D models with the aid of simulation softwares
– Possible building of pilot moulds for the creation of the pre-production series – Creation and building of tooling and moulds

– Final production of goods

From a simple sketch or directly cooperating with the designer we may assess the technical feasibility and the production costs considering the whole production process including the creation of speci c customised tooling.

2. PROTOTYPING

Thanks to our staff of high-qualified technicians, we can manufacture prototypes very quickly in order our customer can present his project materially and timely.

We offer a specialized support for the customers that may have good ideas but no technical facilities to develop them. In these cases we assist them in the engineering of their projects and, starting from their intuition, we produce drawings, calculations and descriptions that may help them in the manufacturing.

We realize different kinds of handmade prototypes to rate the shape, the proper performances and the coupling of the components, reducing the use of moulds and specific tooling that may considerably increase the costs.

In 40 years of activity we developed the necessary know-how and we have at our disposal advanced technologically work tools like softwares CAD 3D and CAM systems to realize prototypes and preproduction series.

We may perform all processing necessary to the developing of a product:

3. PRE-PRODUCTION SERIES

The manufacturing of one or more working prototypes serves to fully test the function, to verify the criticality and weakness and, in some cases, to optimise the product putting it to the test so to arrive at the pre production series.

With the pre-production products we effectively test the implemented project hypothesis and the whole production processes.

The pre-production series represent the starting of the product validation phase and the production process and they are subject to a qualitative analysis.

Our production staff, assisted by the technical bureau, makes a first verification of the goodness of the project hypothesis: in this moment we put to the test if the process factors are under control, surveying and checking minutely every component.

4. INDUSTRIAL MASS PRODUCTION

The items produced in mass are all fixed and finalized upstream the receipt of the customer’s order, the same applies to the production system and its relevant logistic. In this phase we try from the outset to avoid any waste and to reduce the production processes in support of what is essential for the manufacturing of the value.

The production processes make use of:

5. SURFACE TREATEMENTS AND FINISHINGS

If you need to achieve a finished product complete with surface and galvanic treatments, we can carry them out for you, guaranteeing the highest quality in the whole process.

6. ASSEMBLY OF COMPONENTS

During the years we are structured and organized to develop inside the company the assembly of the components of our production; listening to our customers’ requirements we oriented our experience and our energies in this direction as we aim to offer the customer a support at 360°.

We intend to implement the most precise execution in the maximum autonomy producing pre-assembly, complete assembly and partial assembly.

– Partial assembly of components or groups (pre-assembly)

– Complete assembly of finished products

– Full management of Purchase Orders (from the purchase to the shipment)

– Assistance and support in the product improvement

– Works, adjustments and repairs

– Quality control of the products to be assembled, detection of production smaller defects.

7. PACKING OF FINISHED PRODUCTS

The packing of the finished products may look as an apparently simple operation but it needs special care in order to preserve the product integrity.

The focus and the priority of the company are reflected in the use of different types of tailor made packing for every kind of products we manufacture; every package is the result of a proper study, supplemented by an active cooperation with the customer and it’s made by experienced operators.

8. LOGISTICS

INTERMOBEL’s offer is not merely restricted to the production and delivery of products, but includes also logistic services of handling and transportation on behalf of our customers.

The customers who decide to use our service of logistics may benefit from the optimization of its assets, reducing the times necessary to the proceedings of logistical processes and freeing in this way the resources that may be employed in others activities of added value to enhance their business.
