WE MAKE INTERNALLY ALL MECHANICAL PROCESSES

Intermobel has always been looking to provide a 360 degree service to its customers, whether they are famous international designers, large office furniture brokers or industries that need to develop functional products or components to the success of their business projects.

From this point of view, since the early years of our history, which began in the late 1978, we have been aiming to realize internally all the precision mechanical machining that is needed to complete the process of industrialization of the products we produce.

This policy has translated into years of investment, even in large quantities, in specific equipment, which enables us to carry out all the work internally and raise the customer from the need to contact several suppliers to complete their projects.

The investment is increasingly valued to meet customer needs at 360 °, following directly all the operational phases, from the early stages of

logistics feasibility study, so as to provide a complete full service to companies or customer designers, leaving their resources free to deal directly with their business.

Some mechanical work that we produce internally within the company

CUTTING OF PIPES OR PROFILES

We are supplied with two systems with automatic loader for cutting tubes or profiles, both in steel and aluminum. We also have several hand trunks for cutting operations in shooting.

CNC BENDING

We are equipped with different types of benders:

CNC numerical control right and left, 3-storey, 6-axis, per tube up to d. 42
CNC numerical control right, 3 axes, per tube up to d. 42
CNC numerical control left, 3 axes, per tube up to d. 42
two-head CNC numerical control, 5-axis, for tube up to. 30
traditional hydraulic semiautomatic

We can bend tubes, profiled and full of different dimensions and sections, even on customer’s design.

DRILLING AND THREAD WITH DRILLS

We have the possibility of drilling and threading with multiple heads and we have both column and radial drills available.

PRESSURE PROCESSING

We have a wide range of press machines from 10 up to 250 tonnes, of which six are COLOMBO AGOSTINO. Larger tonnage presses are equipped with numerical controls for the precision advancement of the ribbon. All the necessary equipment for carrying out work on the press, such as cutting, drilling, crushing or folding dies, are designed and built in the interior trim.

HOLE - MILLING - CNC FILTING

One of our great investments was the purchase of a Cincinnati FTV 840 numerical cutter, working range mm. 1800x800x900 fixed bench with possibility of work on two pallets.

We also have a Rivolt CNC boring mill, working range mm. 3000x900x1100 and a universal Rambaudi manual. These two are also used for production, but above all, for the construction of molds and general equipment.

HOLES AND FILES WITH HYDRAULIC CENTRAL

Drilling is performed by punching through hydraulic cylinders arranged in the various positions depending on how drilling of the various articles is to be performed.

These types of precision punching machines are used that would not be feasible with traditional presses, for example, bulky cracks.

MIG-MAG WELDING MANUAL AND ROBOTIZED

We have 3 robotized 8-axis islands that allow us to make welds even in the most complex frames. One of the welding robots is able to weld aluminum as well.

We are also provided with 6 manual welding stations that are used both for wire welding and for TIG welding or for welding.

All manual and robot welding masks are designed and built internally.
